At times the service that you may receive from your Block Manager can feel like it doesn’t meet the standards you expect. What makes matters worse is that you may feel that the service being delivered may be in breach of the lease and that the managing agent should take necessary actions to rectify the situation, but non ever is. When this happens, it can feel that applying to the First Tier Property Tribunal is the only remaining option to take in order to enact change.
