- Ensure 100% Customer Retention and 100% response rate to all management tasks. QMS shall own all issues that arise, conduct a root cause analysis, and rectify to prevent future incidents.
- Set the industry benchmark of which all management companies are measured. QMS shall continuously identify patterns and indicators of repeat problems to always drive improvement.
Our Experience
Meet Our Team
Harvey brings 8 years of Procurement and Supply Chain experience in the Defence and Gaming industry, having sourced and managed multi-million-pound programmes in addition to creating and developing management strategies for over 3,500 shops.
I have been involved in the residential property management business at senior level for over 20 years and am currently Director of QMS, Westbury Residential and LH Block Management. I enjoy working with a variety of clients from residents management companies to investor freeholders and property developers, and with my team endeavour to bring great service to all of our clients, leaseholders and residents
I have been involved in various property related roles for almost 20 years and more recently been fortunate to be part of a great team with Westbury Residential as an Assistant Property Manager. Having worked at Westbury Residential for several years, QMS provided me with a great opportunity to carry over my experienced gained and apply it to a new way or working and I am looking forward to stepping into the new role of Property Manager with the new QMS Portfolio
I am the newest team member to the Quay Management Services Team and I will be assisting my Team Members Alison, Bernadette in the Management of your building. I am extremely excited for this new adventure and am so grateful to be a part of this Team.
